Our client stated to the market that one of the central drivers of future growth for the company would be providing full outsourcing services to its customer base. To propel future revenue and profits, they have continually evolved their services strategy over the past few years and have had to hire externally to bring in specific skills and experience in both winning and delivering large outsourcing contracts. Although they are a household name they weren’t associated with winning and delivering major outsourcing contracts so educating a passive candidate base was a core requirement of any search activity to attract the best people.
Having a detailed knowledge of the ITO and BPO sector has been key to identifying and attracting people with the right experience. We worked with our client to develop a strong recruitment proposition that would resonate with potential candidates coming from the large established outsourcing firms.
